.. machte seinen Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaft an der Universität Lausanne. 1993 startete er in einem IT-Dienstleistungs- und Outsourcing-Unternehmen und übernahm 1997 die Verantwortung für die Bereiche Finanzen und Controlling der Gruppe. 2001 wechselte er als Leiter Group Controlling zu einem europäischen Medienunternehmen. Von
2007 war er als CFO bei einer börsennotierten Schweizer Beteiligungsgesellschaft tätig. In dieser Funktion eignete er sich umfassende Kenntnisse über Unternehmensfinanzierungen, Durchführung von Kapitalerhöhungen und Platzierung von Anleihen mit entsprechender Notierung an der Börse. Er verfügt ausserdem über Erfahrungen insbesondere über Finanzmarkttransaktionen, Zulassungsverfahren der Deutschen Börse und der Rechnungslegung nach IFRS. Seit 2010 ist er als selbständiger Berater und Dienstleister tätig. Er coached Start-Up Unternehmen und bringt seine Erfahrung als Verwaltungsrat ein.
